The Stillpoint Vision is drawn from the words of Jesus expressed in Matthew’s gospel Chapter 11, Verses 28 to 30.:

Come to me all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.
Take my yoke upon you and learn from me,

For I am gentle and humble in heart,
And you will find rest for your souls.
     For my burden is light”

Recognising that each person’s story is different, Stillpoint affirms its grounding in the Life and Teaching of Jesus Christ and has its roots in the traditions of Christian spirituality. The Mission of Stillpoint is

To provide a ‘still point in a turning world’ by responding to a call --

  • To mediate this invitation of Jesus for deep peace and soulful rest
  • To learn from His gentle and humble heart
  • To share with people in their struggles and searching,
recognising that each person's story is different.

Stillpoint is intentionally ecumenical in scope and spirit. Further information is available on request.
